Becoming A Covenant Partner
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
At Franklin Pres., we don’t have “members,” we have “Covenant Partners” as we are all joined together in a covenant relationship as partners in mission and ministry. And, we’re excited to have you join us!
To become a Covenant Partner:
Attend worship services and/or Bible studies to check us out and see what we are all about.
Ask a lot of questions so you can get to know us, our beliefs, how we “do church,” and how we fulfill our mission and ministry.
Talk to Pastor Keith to let him know that you are interested in joining Franklin Pres. as a Covenant Partner.
Attend one of our semi-annual “Inquirers’ Classes” where you will be given all of the information we can possibly give you about our church and how you can participate. You will also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions during this class.
Share your Profession of Faith and Personal Testimony with our Elders and answer our Covenant Partner questions (they’re super easy; we promise!)
Our Elders will vote to officially accept you as a Covenant Partner of Franklin Presbyterian Church who is able to fully participate in the work, the mission and ministry, of the church.
