The Good News

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.
— Ephesians 2:8-9

The only reason that we exist as a church is because of God’s gracious free gift of salvation through Jesus. As such, we know the importance of sharing the Good News of the Gospel with everyone we can. We want you to know that God loves you, that Christ died for you, and that you have a place in God’s Kingdom if you place your faith in Him.

So, here’s the Good News:

We are all sinners, separated from God, in need of mercy and forgiveness.

Knowing this, God sent His Son, Jesus, to pay the penalty for our sins that His justice requires so that we can be forgiven and have eternal life.

All that we have to do to receive this gift from God, is accept Jesus into our hearts and declare Him to be our Lord and Savior.

We can be assured of this everlasting, abundant life with God in His Kingdom because Jesus, Himself, has promised it to us in God’s word.
