Micah 6:9-16 "Can't Get No Satisfaction"

Edit: I apologize for the video messing up in a couple places, we were having internet connectivity issues at church yesterday.

This week, we continue our series in Micah with a look at the punishment God pronounces in response to His indictment of the people we talked last week. And what we see is God’s people in Micah were seeking to find satisfaction in the worldly idols they had erected for themselves, whether that be money, power, actual religious idols, or any other number of things.  But, what this passage shows us is that, if we want to find true satisfaction, we won’t find it in worldly things; true satisfaction only comes from God, from loving Him, from serving Him, and from fearing Him.  So, let’s consider this passage together.
